Light bearers.
There are some people in this world that have been put here to give light to the darkness. To shine goodness and kindness into the world.
3 weeks ago, I began asking for more light and kindness to be put into this world. I noticed other people also heavily pushing similar ideas (although there were many others too). Not just words... Actions. Real and tangible actions for goodness and light.
Thank you.
You are my light bearers.
Your light gives me light.
Your strength gives me strength.
- Doniel Katz , a rabbi I met and learned from in my early years in Israel. He's now leading multi denominational prayer and meditation collaborative moments for thousands of people around the world.
- Devdev Devdev Brill, my Israeli cousin who's currently living in northern California. This cousin simply radiates light and shares it to those lucky enough to be near him through his music and passion for humanity.
- Nickoma Ceaser , my amazing husband who has the ability to keep a smile on his face and calm demeanor through all sorts of trying times coping through music, laughter, and dance.
- Debra Ayla Neal , my sister who is also the hairstylist who has been traveling to bases all over Israel to give haircuts to soldiers. Not even knowing how she'll pay her next month's rent, she keeps going out and giving of herself.
- Susie Kahn Enteen , a colleague and English teacher traveling all over Israel to bring donated supplies to soldiers, and donations to displaced families. She's even been going to hotels where families have been evacuated to in order to help offer education and normalcy to children.
I can't even list them all here, as I realized in writing this that there are truly so many people helping and spreading light and goodness into the world.
Thank you all for the inspiration when I feel down. Your light gives me courage to shine too.
Am Yisrael Chai.
One Love.
