Day 24 - October 30, 2023 - I'm tired.

I'm tired.

I'm tired of defending myself and my religion.

I'm tired of saying the same lines over and over again in some desperate attempt to "do something".

I'm tired of scrolling in horror to the antisemitism I see boiling all over the world.

I'm tired of being scared and traumatized.

I'm tired of seeing brutal imagines from October 7, only to read now that the world somehow believes that we actually deserved this.

I'm tired of trying to protect the Innocence of the children around me.

I'm tired of being up late and waking up early to read the news and let my heart break a little more as the world shifts away from us again.

I'm tired.

I'm tired of asking for goodness and light to be put into the world, only to have it fall on deaf ears.

The darkness is
closing in around us.
